Nicole "Niki" Bounds, MBA, SPHR, SRHM-SCP

Niki Bounds has been in the Human Resources arena for over twenty (20) years. Her career started in the staffing industry working with Robert Half and Accountemps immediately after receiving her undergraduate degree in Business Administration for Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC. While working with Robert Half, Niki established many business clients which opened the door for her to transition into Corporate HR. While working a full-time job, and being a full-time wife, and Mom to her three children, Tynesha, Edward, and Nicholas, Niki completed her graduate studies at the University of Phoenix and graduated in 1991 with her MBA. Niki has worked across many service-oriented industries and established quite a reputation for "rolling up her sleeves and getting the job done". In her most recent full-time position, Niki worked as the Senior Human Resources Director for Chickie's and Pete's, she was responsible for directing all the human resources functions within 18 full-service restaurant locations and 72 quick service locations.

Niki has also worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) (in a consulting capacity) for a small home health care agency in Philadelphia. She used her human resources compliance knowledge to transfer her skills into to the administration side of the home care business and ended up getting licensed and starting her own Home Health Care Agency in Philadelphia. Her daughter, Tynesha services as the Executive Director and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. She knows Mom is always in the background ready to assist or provide guidance and support.

Niki also has strong ties to the culinary community in Philadelphia and sits on the Board for Philabundance (PCK Program) and the Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Association (PRLA). Niki is and will also be a huge supporter of the Philabundance PCK program. From her initial introduction to the program and its students dating back to December of 2018 she has worked to establish a relationship with the PCK stakeholders and the students and alumni.
